Our Enrollment Package

At Victory Deaf Academy, we believe that every family deserves a smooth and supportive enrollment experience. Our goal is to make the process as clear and personalized as possible, ensuring each student’s unique needs are met from day one.

To begin enrollment, families must complete our Victory Deaf Academy Enrollment Application and submit the following documents:

✅ Completed Enrollment Application
✅ Signed Student & Parent Handbook Acknowledgement
✅ Color copy of student’s birth certificate
✅ Most recent IEP/MET or medical diagnosis (if applicable)
✅ Proof of residency (utility bill or official document with parent/guardian’s name and address)
✅ Immunization records
✅ Photocopy of parent/guardian’s valid ID (e.g., driver’s license)

Once your application is submitted, our enrollment team will reach out to guide you through the next steps, answer your questions, and ensure your family feels confident and welcomed.
